The online dockets will be posted daily at p. The information includes the scheduled time of the court appearance, the room where it will take place, at what stage the proceeding is now, and the file number associated with the case.
The cases listed include matters in criminal, civil, family, bankruptcy, small claims and divisional courts. The website came with a disclaimer that not all cases will be displayed — for example, youth cases at the Jarvis St.
The website also warns that if a person has been told or summoned to attend court, they are obligated to do so, even if their name does not appear on the online list. Other provinces have already digitized many of their court services beyond daily dockets.
